Site safety and noise levels

Although we have tried to make the site as safe as possible, due to the nature of the site, we will not take any responsibility for any injuries or harm caused on site. The site is filled with steep banks, uneven surfaces, streams and trees, some of which, may have fallen. Please see the visitor book for a map of where guests are permitted access to but enter at their own risk. As we are also situated on a farm, although our animals will appear very friendly, we take no responsibility for any change in behaviour etc as they might feel threatened.

Please make sure the BBQ and firepit are used in a responsible manner and only on the decking and they must be placed well away from the Dome, please make sure they are fully extinguished after use.

Gas – Please let us know if you are not comfortable with using any of the Gas appliances, refer to the visitor book.

Log Burner – Please make sure the log burner is not left unoccupied and left running through the night. Please refer to the visitor manual for guidance on lighting etc

No Smoking site – This is a non-smoking site, please leave the site if smoking

Note – The bank down to the side of the Dome is accessible from the Dome by a gate, the hammock etc is used at guests own risk, please check it is secure before use. The bank may be slippery at times we cannot take any responsibility for injuries.

Visitors park their vehicles at their own risk.

We cannot take responsibility for your personal belongings, but if we can help in any way to help keep them safe while you are out, we will try our best just ask.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, please do not play loud music at the site.

As we are off-grid, there is strictly no charging of Electric Vehicles on site.

Force Majeure

Brenig Glamping cannot be held liable if, through Force Majeure, the implementation of the agreement is entirely or partially, temporarily or permanently, prevented due to circumstances which are beyond our control, including the threat of war, blockades, fire, floods, staff strikes, and other disruptions or events.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying with us as a lot of time and love has been put into making the place wonderful for you to stay in.  As the Dome is constructed from a Wooden frame this can be very delicate so please do not stand or climb on the wooden frame. Also, there are strictly no Candles to enter the Dome. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repairs if the damage or breakage is significant. We may also make an additional charge of £50 if you did not report any significant breakages/damage to the Dome.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us, however, if you have any issues or complaints during your stay, please contact Mari as soon as the issue may occur during your stay as we cannot deal with any complaints after you have left the site.

Please leave the Dome along with the Kitchen, Shower and Toilet units in the same condition as you found them. Please see the Visitor book for instructions on where to leave bins etc. If the accommodation is not left in an acceptable condition and we have to carry out additional cleaning to what we would usually do, we will charge for the additional cleaning / any repairs needed. We also have the right to charge you for any cancellations that may occur to bookings following yours if we cannot reopen due to damage or extra cleaning.

Off Grid / outdoor Glamping facilities

Please note that as Brenig Glamping is an off-grid site and relies on Solar Panels to run power, lights, fridge etc, however, this might not go to plan every time due to the sunlight available and guests usage of power. However, Brenig Glamping will try our best to provide additional lighting/power via chargeable batteries but this might not be available every time.

The Shower and gas cooker rely on gas to power them and as much as we hope they will not run out of gas during your stay, we may need to enter the site to change the gas bottles etc.

Please also note that as the Kitchen, Shower and Compost Toilet facilities are outdoors, we cannot control the wildlife and some birds, bugs etc might want to join you on your Glamping experience, this is completely out of our hands and will bring you closer to nature. There is a bug net on the door to the Dome, however yet again we take no responsibility for any bugs and flies which may enter the dome after check-in…. it is off-grid Glamping after all.

We have a no pets policy here at Brenig Glamping due to being set in open countryside and on a working farm.

The price stated on the booking confirmation email is binding. Special offers and/or discounts cannot be used after you have booked your stay.

A 50% deposit payment must be made at the time of booking. The balance must be paid one calendar month ahead of your stay. If you wish to add packages or any additional requests to your holiday, we will need at least 24 hours notice.
